7-day returns and exchanges
If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
How to request
Email hallberd.llc@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and whether you would like a return or an exchange. We will arrange a pickup.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are free, subject to stock.
